Mistletoe fic

Am I allowed to rec this fic before I have even finished reading it?

Someone over at the hoodie_time Dean-centric wish prompt post thing filled my prompt that read as follows:

Kiss under the mistletoe ficlet, wherein Dean sees someone heading toward Sam (who doesn't notice the mistletoe there bc it's actually behind his head due to height reasons) Anyway, Dean has to get there first, maybe using hunter skills like jumping over a couch etc.

And I'm just...reading it right now and dying, pretty much. Of joy and other things. Because mistletoe, and Dean being oh-no-you-don't about Sam. lakd;jflkf Oblivious!Sam. Oh my god, it's very cleanly written and funny so far and so sweet and I am so happy.

Plenty of girls have kissed Sam before and it’s never really bothered Dean. They can have their thank-god-you-saved-my-life kisses or gropey, drunken I’m-going-to-pass-out-any-minute slobbering and occasional too-polite-to-turn-you-down pecks and he’s completely unfazed; but nobody else gets these.

Right? Parts of the ep I loved, really, and on the bright side, now there's a lot of very blatant hurt to be dealt with? like, they NEED to be building up to something, some breaking point where they have a heart to heart and talk about how hurt they are.

Also, holy shit Amelia is real, I had completely convinced myself otherwise, ESPEICALLY when you see that him calling Amelia led to Dean. I seriously thought he'd misread Dean's text, like Dean had texted "i need your help" but he read it as Amelia? Idk, that would be amazing.
