I was sure the beginning scene with Dean was a hallucination-really Lucifer. Just like the end was really Dean when Sam thought it was Lucifer. He's was used to Lucifer's antics and just was expecting Dean to come to him. I can't imagine what will happen if he really starts seeing Lucifer as Dean again on the show and can't tell the difference...
I'm wondering how the show is going to handle Sam's mental breakdown-as in how will they make him functional? I'm hoping since it's his soul that is damaged and affecting his mind (well the memories too I guess) then maybe Dean being his soulmate may come into play and help heal him?
I think it would be a great idea for them to bring Don back. And I do think Sam and Dean will end up working with Crowley at some point because they just don't have much back up anymore.

I guess if Dick started a cult of religious followers that would get people compliant. Though I don't know how people will react when others disappear (to be eaten). There's no way people will see a Leviathan eating someone and just accept it as part of the religion, so that part has to be hidden or I guess people have to be convinced there is a punishment...
And the end!! You're suggesting Lucifer is really there is some capacity! Crowley can hear (and see?) him!
