Everything that happened in this episode, everything Sam's said to him over the last few weeks, everything Sam's done for him since he went darkside, Dean finally can't help but understand just how much his brother loves him. The problem is, he can't handle it. He can't sleep, can't concentrate, can't come to terms with it, can't stop thinking about it. Sam thinks the Mark is getting worse, but that's not it at all. When Sam confronts Dean, expecting to hear that the Mark's effects are getting worse, Dean remembers what Charlie said and tells him the truth, for once.

Dean and Sam get the witch to make Dean a year younger - grown up, and no mark.
After a few months, when Dean reaches the age he got it, it reappears.

I'd like to see an AU, what if Hansel and the witch didn't want to turn the people they de-aged into dinner, but were planning to sell them into the sex-trade instead. Kids tend to go for more than washed out adults do. And of course Hansel has to test drive the merchandise.

When Dean gets changed back he loses all his clothes in the process (either they just rip or they vanish) and he then fights the witch in all his naked glory and Sam can't take his eyes off him (and the teen!girl probably neither). Sam doesn't even look at the girl when he tells her to go ahead, his eyes are on a naked and sweating Dean. Then Sam slams Dean against the wall and fucks him. Afterwards he lends Dean his overgrown shirt.
